The agreement was signed by Director Eng. Issam Dabousi on behalf of First Projects International and CEO Mr. Naoufel Tekaya on behalf of Array International. Under this partnership, Array International introduces Array Living, a resident-focused living concept designed to deliver high-quality residential and hospitality-led developments aligned with international standards. The alliance brings together technical, engineering, operational, and marketing expertise to develop innovative, competitive projects; particularly within the UK, one of the world’s most established real estate markets. This launch reinforces Array International’s positioning as a globally competitive Saudi brand and reflects the Group’s broader vision to export a leading Saudi model in real estate development and hospitality, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
